These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okbit ("okbit," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okbit website located at https://okbit.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by okbit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the okbit Platform or any other online gambling platform for reasons related to fraud, cheating, or violation of terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

okbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by okbit may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of services on the okbit Platform, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the okbit Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your okbit account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying okbit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

okbit will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okbit that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

By using the okbit Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity.
• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to okbit at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent account updates.
• You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the okbit servers or networks.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to okbit.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your use of okbit.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbit Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in any form of bonus manipulation.
• Cheating Software: Using any software, algorithm, or device designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Money Laundering: Using the okbit Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise launder money in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made on okbit.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward okbit staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content on the okbit Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of okbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the okbit Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any okbit content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any okbit trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of okbit's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our support team with full details of your claim.

okbit may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okbit reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through the use of multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse.

okbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at okbit's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your okbit account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• okbit does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction or per day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your okbit account. okbit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• okbit reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal limits specified in the applicable promotion terms.

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, payout calculations, or account balances caused by technical malfunctions.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, okbit reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction and restore the relevant account balance to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. okbit's decision in such matters shall be final.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

okbit collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on okbit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of our services. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

okbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Become ineligible to use the Platform for any reason, including a change in your age, residency, or legal status.

Upon termination of your account for cause, okbit reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balances held in your account. Any such forfeiture will be communicated to you in writing.

You may close your okbit account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the okbit Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent okbit from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

okbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the okbit Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
